Disputes are unavoidable. We believe in providing dispute resolution services, we have to offer effective, practical and executable solutions. We also understand that not all cases have to go directly through lengthy, expensive and tortuous court or arbitration proceedings. Therefore, we mainly divide our services into 2 steps: pre-litigation and litigation.
Pre-litigation step includes the service to do correspondence with the client's opponent(s) and also arranging negotiation, either through mediation/negotiation bodies or in a negotiation between the client and its opponent/counterparty only.
Litigation step includes the service to represent the client inside the court/arbitration/other dispute resolution bodies.

Our lawyers are experienced at both trial and appellate stages and also have good experience in arbitration proceedings under BANI, SIAC, ICC and UNCITRAL rules. We are also experienced in public law disputes, including judicial review proceedings against public bodies.
