Alfin is a co-founder, principal, and the Head of the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group of F&S Law Office. He gained his lawyering experience by working for two major law firms in Indonesia. Before that, Alfin worked as an in-house legal counsel in Indonesia's largest real estate company and a prominent bank.

Clients highly value Alfin for his effective legal advice and knowledge of business matters. He was once appointed as a President Director of a subsidiary company (a construction company) within a large state-owned company group in Indonesia. During his term of office in the subsidiary company, he managed to restructure and raise the subsidiary company from collapse and increase its margin from one digit to double digits. 

Alfin has assisted numerous local and multinational clients with various commercial transactions and the formation of business entities in Indonesia. The businesses of the clients that he has assisted cover manufacturing, trading, mining, power and energy, advertising, tourism, construction, and property and real estate. Alfin is regarded as one of the leading lawyers on construction, property, and real estate matters.

Alfin is also known for his capability to assist clients on anti-dumping matters. His broad connectivity to various business environments in Indonesia allows him to get access to necessary information and data for the purpose of anti-dumping investigations.

Alfin obtained his Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Padjadjaran, Bandung – Indonesia, in 2008. He is a member of the Indonesian Bar (PERADI). He also holds a Certificate of Basic Management of Pension Fund in Indonesia.

Alfin’s excellent work is recognized not only by clients but also by leading publications, among others, Indonesia Who’s Who and Asia’s 40 under 40, respectively, in 2021 and 2022 by Asian Legal Business Magazine.
